From enquiry to de-rig
Site and dates
We need the ground dimensions, the surface (asphalt, paving, compacted sand, concrete), access for a truck, and the dates. A photograph of the plot answers most of our questions.
Layout and quote
You get a plan showing the structure on your plot with the usable clear area marked, plus a fixed price covering delivery, installation, the hire period, dismantling and removal.
Installation
Our crew sets out, erects and tensions the structure. A standard 10 × 20 m clear-span goes up in a day; larger halls and multi-unit layouts are scheduled across several.
During the hire
We stay reachable for the whole period. If the weather turns or a panel needs attention, a crew comes out — that is part of the hire, not an extra.
De-rig
We dismantle, load out and leave the ground as we found it. Ballast, cabling and flooring all go with us.

Air conditioning is sized to the enclosed volume and the month. For summer daytime events in Riyadh it is not optional — we will say so in the quote rather than let it be cut.
